No payment is due with this request. After approval, the one-hour nonrefundable deposit secures the date; the remaining balance is due one week before the event.

Submitting this form is only a booking request. Greg or Melinda must confirm both date availability and that the location is within the East Tennessee service area before the booking is accepted. No payment is collected or requested until that confirmation is complete.

How Booking Works

No payment is due when you request a date.

First, Greg or Melinda will review your event date and location. We will confirm that the date is available, that the event is within Greg Penner Music's service area, and whether the location is within or beyond 25 miles of Knoxville for the correct hourly rate.

Payment will only be requested after your date and location have been approved. If the location is outside the service area, the booking cannot be accepted and no payment will be taken.

Simple Pricing

Within 25 miles of Knoxville: $150 per hour

More than 25 miles from Knoxville: $185 per hour

The higher rate for locations outside the 25-mile radius helps cover additional travel expenses, including gas and travel time.

3-hour minimum: $450 minimum within 25 miles; $555 minimum beyond 25 miles.

Greg accepts only one confirmed booking per calendar day.

Payment & Deposit

Accepted payment methods: All major credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.

No payment is accepted until Greg or Melinda has approved the event date and location.

Once the booking is approved, a nonrefundable deposit equal to one hour of the applicable rate is required to secure the confirmed date.

That means the deposit is $150 for bookings within 25 miles of Knoxville or $185 for bookings more than 25 miles from Knoxville.

The remaining balance is due one week before the confirmed event date.
